Beginning of the 80´s Oliver Greifenstein started a management training at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, followed by several positions in different fields within the travel industry e.g. as Team Manager for American Express Platinum/Centurion Card Travel Service, Regional Sales Manager for Air Mauritius and Director Leisure Sales Germany, Austria and Switzerland for Accor Hotels & Resorts.

Oliver’s capability to develop and maintain customer business relations is legendary and well recognized in the industry. Over the years promotions and events organized by Oliver are on the top ‘must attend’ list and proves his targeted approach valued by high yield travel agents and tour operators who require to stay highly informed.

His strong and established network ensures that roomservice deluxe can react and fine tune its activities in the leisure market on time.

Our first aim is to increase the awareness of the brand name of the Company in the German speaking markets including Austria and parts of Switzerland. Therefore it is important to establish a German representation office (GSA) in the market. Tour operators, travel agencies, airlines and consumers must be aware that there is a good product and an office to give them the best support and services.
