Tina started her career in the travel industry with an apprenticeship in a tourism school in the heart of Thuringia. After graduating successfully she moved to Frankfurt am Main where she joined DERTOUR - the leading German tour operator for non-package travel. During five years of being operations manager for the growing destinations Middle East and Indian Ocean Tina acquired extensive experiences in tour operating and brochure production. To improve her economic knowledge she started studying business administrations and intercultural management in 2006.
As part of the tour operator she worked together with the three partners - hotels, travelagents and clients - this made her know exactly what each side expects from the other. Knowing the circle of the tourism industry is significant to understand how important it is to have a relationship that leads all of them in the same direction.
